Defense

The Free Safety is the deepest player of the defense. He is fluid and adaptable and gets genuine joy out of the bursts of energy he expends running fast through long distances subverting long pass plays by the offense.

This player is powerful and sometimes dangerous. They quickly change direction and rush into things. After a switch over from Poker fame to Football, they blasted from the tournament table to the field.

The Left End thinks back on a sunny day while wooly sheep baa nearby in a contained huddle -- where no one strays. They relish in the clarity of boundaries.

A rugged hero who is capable of taking on great physical feats for the team. This player has empathetic skills that gives her an intuition from which she can often predict their next move.

The Middle Linebacker is positioned in the center of the defense, a commanding leader of the defensive strategy. They approach this responsibility with great reverence for thoughtful planning but can also be somewhat superstitious.

Born and raised in Boston. As a child, they ran into the stadium field and accidentally stopped a running play. Were immediately drafted as a result.

Consistant and predictable, the corner back is powerfully obedient. A do-gooder at heart, they are the bully that has your back.

The Right End grew up bigger than everyone else around them. Their size made them stand out causing them to want to hide. They could never fully blend into a crowd.

The Strong Safety is one of the last lines of defense against an offensive play. She finds herself very concerned with the actions and reactions of other members of her team.

Fluid and adaptable player so fast they can be hard to keep track of. A bit like an airhead, but has good follow through.

The Weak Outside Linebacker (WOL) is an old money Ivy Leaguer from the deepest, richest, depths of Connecticut. The son of gilded-age Yale family dynasty a football scholarship to Duke.
